Challenge:

FriendsOffice needed to create excitement around their products and to educate clients about lesser known or new services the company offers in an engaging way.

Goal:

Provide engaging video and professional photography that could be worked into different content and used across all marketing channels.

Approach:

This project spanned multiple locations, including the company’s facilities in Lexington, KY; Findlay, OH; and Defiance, OH, as well as several client sites. The multi-site scope created an opportunity to showcase their operations, including their facilities, team members, and full range of services. At each location, we captured warehouse operations, specialty services unique to specific buildings (such as printing and showroom spaces), staff in action, shipping capabilities, and the work of their office designers at client sites. This included both installation processes in progress and completed environments. The result was a diverse library of photo and video assets that could be repurposed across multiple marketing channels.

The company’s creative team requested raw video footage so they could handle editing internally. Delivering unedited files gave them full creative control while also keeping production costs efficient.

Outcome:

This content has performed well on their socials and across other marketing channels. Ultimately, the investment in professional photo and video that clearly demonstrates what they do, how they do it, and what sets them apart was far outweighed by the opportunity cost of not having those assets in place!
